What happens with the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, business e-mail address, company, country, the products, format and volume you selected, and your message. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you.
Why
We use these details only to answer your enquiry, prepare samples or a quotation, and follow up on it. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who is responsible
Certified Dış Ticaret A.Ş., İzmir, Türkiye, is responsible for enquiries sent through this website. Customers in the EU are invoiced by Certified International B.V., Amstelveen, the Netherlands, which is responsible for the details it uses for their orders and invoices.
Who receives your data
Our sales team, and our hosting provider Vercel and our CRM database provider Supabase (EU region). We share product-related details with our producer partner only when needed to answer your enquiry, and never sell your data.
How long
We keep enquiries for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a business relationship.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by replying to any e-mail from us or by writing to tumeratakan@certified.com.tr. In the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
